Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files you can download immediately, all sales are generally final. We want you to be happy with your purchase, though, so we will make it right in the situations below.

When we’ll issue a refund

• Duplicate purchase: you accidentally bought the same product twice.
• File problem we can’t fix: a file won’t open or is corrupted, and we can’t resolve it with a replacement file.
• Wrong product: you bought a product and, before downloading it, realize it isn’t what you meant to buy.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and access to the refunded product ends.

Bundles

Bundles are refunded as a whole under the same conditions. We can’t refund individual items from a bundle.

Email l.showalter@lns-consult.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Most requests are answered within one to two business days.
